Gold Coast (Coolangatta) Airport Arrival Information.
Gold Coast International: Guests travelling inbound to Gold Coast International are met directly outside Custom Exit Doors. We allow up to 1 hour for passengers to clear customs and an additional 30 mins waiting time as standard.
Gold Coast Domestic: Guests travelling inbound to Gold Coast Domestic will be met on flight arrival at the luggage carousel. We allow up to 30 mins for baggage collection and addtional 30 mins waiting time as standard.

Brisbane Domestic passengers are met near their carriers’ luggage carousel in the terminal. We allow up to 30 minutes for baggage collection and an additional 30 minutes waiting time as standard, the driver will be wearing a distinctive blue company shirt and displaying a welcome “greet” board with the passengers name on it. It is essential to make contact with the driver.
International passengers are met at the Coffee Club inside the Arrivals Hall. We allow up to 1 hour for passengers to clear customs and than an additional 30 minutes waiting time as standard, the driver will be wearing a distinctive blue company shirt and displaying a welcome “greet” board with the passengers name on it. Passengers are met in the immediate location outside the docking area. The driver will be wearing a distinctive blue company shirt and displaying a welcome board with the passengers name on it. It is essential to make contact with the driver.
Hamilton Wharf
Passengers are met at the bus stop outside the docking area. We allow up to 3 hours for passenger offload and baggage collection e.g. if you dock at 6AM, we are scheduled to pick you up at 9AM. The driver will be wearing a distinctive blue shirt and displaying a welcome board with the passengers name on it. It is essential to make contact with the driver.

Baggage Pricing & Information and Travel Insurance
Luggage is limited to one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person (per
airport weight guidelines). Con-x-ion needs to be advised of any additional luggage
at time of booking for which clients will be advised of additional charges. All
luggage must be clearly labelled by the passenger, including name and residential
address. The passenger should carry valuable items (e.g. jewerally, expensive equipment,
cash etc.) onboard. Passengers are strongly advised to purchase their own travel
insurance prior to their departure, as protection against any loss, damage or cancellation.
